Very informative video on gluten. I became intolerant after 2 bouts of Giardiasis (parasitic infection) and have never looked back since. I have no wish or desire to introduce it back into my diet. I now only eat non-processed foods and so therefore gluten is no longer a problem. I can report that it transformed certain areas of my life, and in particular, concentration, no more bloating, increased energy levels. The surgeon that I saw said that it is not uncommon to develop an intolerance, following a bout of Giardiasis.
